Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is a child of an ethnically diverse family in South London in England. Her father is Nigerian as well as Swiss, while her mother is English. Her family was in the south London Council Estate, and then attended The Brit School aged 14. She attended The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London which she graduated with a BA in acting. The stage she appeared in was several productions as a student such as the King Henry V, as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her acting career in the film Storm Damage. In the years since Madekwe's appearance in Teachers and Doctors. Madekwe's breakthrough came in 2007's Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream. It was co-starring Colin Farrell (who played the role of Cassandra) as well as Ewan McGrath. In the following film, she played Elisha on the BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In her role, she also played Ollie in the six episodes of Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. Also, the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl featured her in 2008 playing Bambi. Madekwe was the main character in 2008's comedy How to Alienate and Lose Friends. Theatre credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe was cast as Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama The Beautiful Life. The two-episode series aired for just two weeks on The CW and then it ended. Ashley Davenport was her role in ABC's drama Revenge. The departure of Madekwe from the show was officially announced in May of 2013. After two years as a main character, she appeared as a guest in the first episode of season 3. From 2014 to 2016, she starred in Salem as Tituba. From June to July 2012, the actress married her long-time boyfriend, actor Iddo Goldberg. Both have appeared in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They have also appeared as partners in Salem.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress, was raised in a big family in Hamilton, Ontario. Ashley Leggat was a part of Roy and Patty as well her older siblings: Brett, Todd and Bram as well as Rob. Ashley's sports brothers played baseball during summers as well as hockey in winter. Ashley was never a walker, she danced, so at the age of two and a half she took up Baby Ballet -and she fell in love with. Ashley began to be a dancer following this. Ashley was a professional dancer in all the major divisions up until her graduation from high school. She competed in jazz, tap, ballet as well as pointe and the acrobatics.
